Terms of service
These terms describe the rules that apply when you visit finrose.co or communicate with Finrose through the website. Professional engagements are governed by separate, signed engagement letters.
Effective April 23, 2026
1. About Finrose
Finrose, Inc. ("Finrose," "we") is an accounting, finance, and payroll & tax services firm serving US-based companies. The information on finrose.co is provided for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, create a professional engagement or a client relationship.
2. No advice without engagement
Nothing on this website, in our marketing content, or in informal correspondence (including intro calls) constitutes accounting, financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. A professional relationship with Finrose begins only when both parties have signed an engagement letter that describes the scope of services, fees, and terms for that engagement. Where an engagement letter addresses a matter covered by these terms, the engagement letter controls.
3. Using the website
You may use finrose.co for lawful browsing and for submitting inquiries about our services. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that violates any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
- Copy or reuse site content for a competing commercial purpose without our written permission.
- Introduce malware, scrape the site at volume, or otherwise interfere with its normal operation.
4. Content ownership and trademarks
All content on finrose.co, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Finrose or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution; any other use requires our prior written consent.
The Finrose name, wordmark, and logos are trademarks of Finrose, Inc. Third-party trademarks referenced on the site (for example, QuickBooks) remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Client engagements
Where Finrose and a client sign an engagement letter, the services, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, and termination terms for that work are governed by the letter and any addenda. Clients are expected to provide complete and accurate information, respond within reasonable timeframes, and maintain the records and access required for Finrose to perform the agreed work.
6. Third-party services
Our services involve connecting to systems operated by third parties, including QuickBooks, bank feeds, payroll providers, and billing platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; Finrose is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party systems outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
Finrose provides professional services with the care and diligence expected of a firm in our field. Except as expressly stated in a signed engagement letter, however, the website and informal communications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finrose disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to website content and informal communications.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finrose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or informal communications. The framework governing liability in connection with a specific client engagement is set out in the relevant engagement letter.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to finrose.co at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated. Termination of website access does not by itself terminate any existing client engagement, which remains governed by its engagement letter.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms that the parties are unable to resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website and, for existing clients, through engagement communications. Continued use of the site after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
