Questions
Before you start
- What counts as a transaction?
- Each line on your bank and card statements, across every account you connect, whoever books it. Journal entries don't count.
- What if a month is busy?
- Your price stays the same. Your package follows your average over 3 months, and nothing stops when you pass a limit. If the average outgrows your package, an approver is told once.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes, with 2 months free: $990 a year for Starter, $2,990 for Growth and $8,990 for Scale. If you cancel, you keep Finrose to the end of the paid year, with no refund for the months left.
- What's in each package?
- Every feature, for everyone on your team. The packages differ only in the transactions they cover.
- Do I need a package per company?
- Yes: each company has its own package, sized by its own transactions.
- How does the trial work?
- Use Finrose for 14 days without a card. Before your trial ends, we share a checkout link in your channel.
- More than 2,000 a month?
- Scale covers up to 2,000 transactions a month. Talk to us
- What does Finrose read?
- Accounts, entries, invoices and bills in QuickBooks Online, and your Mercury transactions. Finrose writes nothing to your books until an approver on your team clicks Approve in Slack.
- What do I need to start?
- Slack, QuickBooks Online, and someone who can approve Finrose there. Mercury is optional; another bank works through CSV statements.
- Which tools does Finrose work with?
- QuickBooks Online, your bank and Slack. In Denmark, e-conomic.
- Who sees my numbers?
- The people in your Slack channel: your team, and Finrose staff while you get started, until you ask them to leave. The AI model provider keeps nothing (zero data retention).
- What doesn't Finrose do?
- File returns, run payroll, move money or give tax advice.
